Civic Matters Hub Online Community

Women Creating Change set out to create a brand new online community that supports the women of NYC in becoming civically engaged.

Women Creating Change, established in 1915, is an inclusive community that partners with underserved women to develop and strengthen the skills and resources needed to effectively advocate for New York’s diverse communities.

To address the systemic barriers that women face, WCC wanted to create an online community to make civic participation easier. The Civic Matters Hub is a one one-stop shop for all of the resources that women need to be active in their communities.

There are resources for creating stronger communities, advocating for change, and most importantly, helping the women of NYC make their voices heard through voting, community organizing, volunteering, rallying, and more.

We worked with their program team to build the Civic Matters Hub from the ground up.
