Jade Gonzales
Co-Founder, Creative Director
Jade brings over 15 years of graphic design and brand strategy.
Through her years working in agencies and as an independent consultant, Jade has honed her creative process. She builds brand design foundations by listening, pulling out bits of meaning in your brand story, and then weaving story into her design. When the process drives the design solution, the outcome is a true reflection of your brand.
Jade lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband, two kids, and two large black dogs. Like any good Oregonian, she enjoys gardening, baking sourdough bread, and drinking really good wine.

Michele Amar
Co-Founder, Strategy Director
Michele brings over 15 years of experience in design strategy and organizational management, with expertise spanning design, communications and branding.
She was immersed in design leadership through her positions and the Watson Foundation, Parsons School of Design, Pratt Institute, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Her favorite aspect of design strategy is uncovering people’s motivations and designing for intentional interactions.
She’a native New Yorker who now calls Oregon home. When not at work, she’s can be found in her painting studio creating large scale paintings on paper using traditional and non-traditional printing techniques.
